Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proceedings under challenging this petition were disposed of as withdrawn before the trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. He pointed out the order dated 12th December, 2020 passed before the Lok Adalat which indicate that in view of pursis Exh.86 compromise has taken place before the trial Court and applicant do not wish to proceed with the said case and intends to withdraw the same. 2.

In view of the submission this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
