The contemnor is personally present in the Court. We have perused the order dated 3rd August 2015 passed by this Court by which notice of contempt was issued. The breach pointed out is of the order dated 10th December 2013 and 22nd December 2013. Today, an affidavit of the contemnor is tendered across the bar which discloses that he has complied with the order dated 10th December 2013 and the report of compliance was submitted to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Bombay. The said report was received by the office of Government Pleader on 23rd May 2014. It is pointed out that the report was not placed before the Court when the Contempt notice was issued.

In view of what is stated in the affidavit,

cp400 this is not a case where any wilful breach or disobedience of the orders of this Court is made by the contemnor. Hence, contempt notice is discharged. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
