As such, present Interim Application No. 18401 of 2022 for substituted service of notice upon Respondent Nos.1 and 2, after refusal of registration of Second Appeal Stamp No. 4702 of 2020 and dismissal of Interim Application No.3202 of 2020, does not survive and accordingly, it is disposed of.
