Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Review Petitioners. Review is sought on the basis of the Government Resolution (for short "GR") dated 10 th March, 2005 as well as of an order of the District Collector dated 15 th July, 2006. As pointed out in the reply filed by the Respondents, the GR dated 10 th March, 2005 has been superseded by GR dated 23 rd September, 2011. As far as the order of the Collector dated 15 th July, 2006 is concerned, it is also based on GR dated 10 th March, 2005. Therefore, there is no error apparent on the face of the record and even otherwise, there is no ground for review.

Accordingly, we reject the Review Petition. If on the basis of any subsequent GR, the Petitioners are entitled to absorption, they are at liberty to make appropriate representation before the appropriate authority.
