Present Petition is received through jail. It was the grievance of the Petitioner that, at Nashik Road Central Prison, he was not being permitted to meet his relatives once in a month as per the Rules. 2.
Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Superintendent, Yerwada Open District Prison, Pune submitted that, the Petitioner has now been transferred to Yerwada Open District Prison, Pune and as per the Rules, he is permitted to meet his relatives once in a month. Statement of Petitioner recorded on 28th September 2022 is annexed to the report. 1/2

In view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive. Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off. 4.
