The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking following reliefs;

"(a) this Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or Writ in the nature of Mandamus by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the Application cum letter of the Petitioner No.2 within a reasonable period of time and to take an appropriate action and pass an appropriate order in the aforesaid application filed by petitioner No.2 and also direct Respondent No.1 to take action for perjury against Respondent No.2." 2.

The Petitioners shall file an application seeking appropriate reliefs within a period of two weeks from today. Respondent No.1, shall, after hearing the Petitioners and Respondent No.2 on all issues including the issue of Pg 1 of 2
