The Appeal challenges an order of 20th August 2014 declining ad-interim reliefs. The Plaintiff sought a declaration that a Municipal Corporation notice was liable to be set aside. The learned Judge of the City Civil Court concluded that the agreement between the Plaintiff Trust and the Defendant Corporation had expired and had not been renewed. He also found that there was no notice of demolition on any property but only a demand for possession following the expiry of the agreement.

The impugned order calls for no interference. If not already disposed of, the Notice of Motion will be decided on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations in the ad-interim order. 4.

The Appeal from Order is disposed of in these terms. No costs.

All interim/ad-interim orders in the Appeal, if any, stand vacated forthwith.
