Earlier Bail Application bearing No.2463 of 2017 was dismissed as withdrawn, when after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant length this Court was not inclined to grant any relief. 2] Except passage of time, there is no change in the circumstances of the present case. The sections applied in the present crime are 395, 397 read with 120B of Indian Penal Code and there is prima facie sufficient material on record to show the involvement of the applicant in it. 3] In view thereof, application is rejected.
