It is stated that the Applicant is shown as one of the accused in the chargesheet filed. Considering the prayer made in the main PIL (Cr.PIL No.20 of 2011), the Applicant has no locus. In any case, the Applicant has already filed a substantive Petition for challenging the criminal proceedings. Hence, the Application is rejected.

We may point out that similar Application was made by the Petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.2593 of 2012 who is similarly placed as the Applicant in the present Application. The said Application made in this Petition (Criminal Writ Petition No.3359 of 2010) has been rejected by this Court and the rejection has been confirmed in the Special Leave Petition by the Apex Court.
