Heard Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. R.S.Pai, learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application for fixing peremptory date of hearing of the petition. Mr. Pai submitted that the applicants has not complied the order dated 10.2.2006 by paying costs of Rs.500/- to State Legal Aid Authority and Rs.500/- to the respondents within two weeks from the date of the order. Mr Suresh Kumar states that the said order is complied.

In view thereof and having regard to the fact that the petition is of the year 2001, office is directed to list the Petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 16.2.2015.
