P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone delay of 148 days in filing the Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment of conviction dated 20th December, 2016 whereby he has been convicted for offence punishable under Section 511 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
