On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the grievance raised by the applicants before the Trial Court could not have been adjudicated in exercise of power under Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Therefore, applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application seeking the similar relief under
