Exhibit-D is the communication dated 6th July 2018 which amounts to rejection of application made by the petitioners for grant of permission under section 45 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (for short "the said Act"). An efficacious remedy under section 47 of the said Act is available to the petitioners. We, therefore, decline to entertain this petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to prefer an appeal. 3.

The concerned Appellate Authority is bound to note that the present petition was presented on 30th July 2018 and the same remained pending till today.
