The petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No. 3 to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 28th March 2014. Exhibit-E (page No.53) of the petition shows that on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint, the police have registered N.C. Complaint. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to consider the relief sought in the petition. The Petitioner can approach Magistrate with private complaint, if so advised.
