ORDER:

The Petitioners are project affected persons and seek alternate land. The only prayer pressed in the Petition is prayer clause (a) which reads as follows:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or order, award, and/or direction and be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 15/11/2017 & 15/07/2019 filed by the Petitioners."

In the circumstances, the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Respondent No.2 to decide the Application expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
