The Registrar (Judicial) has completed the exercise and has submitted a report dated 18 April 2024 certifying that the Consent Terms have been signed by the respective parties voluntarily and that the Consent Terms are within the parameters of Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In that view of the matter, Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Second Appeals are disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.

In view of the disposal of both the Second Appeals, both the Interim Applications would not survive. Both the Interim Applications are disposed of.
