The present applicant is arraigned as an accused in C.R.No.542 of 2022 registered with Parksite Police Station, which invoke the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Section 34 of IPC.

On ascertaining the role attributed to the present applicant and since the co-accused Tejas Patel has already undertaken the entire liability of Rs.20,00,000/- and has also M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 15 ABA-2281-22.doc agreed to make the payment alongwith an additional sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by way of compensation to the complainant and which proposal is accepted by the complainant, who is present in the Court, the applicant deserves protection in anticipation of arrest. Hence, the following order.

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.542 of 2022 registered with Parksite Police Station, applicant-Ddissa Soraas shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
