The Petitioner was transferred on 14th May, 2015 from Taluka Igatpuri to Taluka Surgana, District Nashik. It is submitted that the Petitioner has filed representations for her re-transfer.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, in case the Petitioner's representations are pending with the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nashik, we direct the concerned Education Officer to look into those representations and deal with the same on merits and in accordance with the policy.
