P.C.:- This is subsequent Application for bail. The earlier Application for bail was dismissed on merits by this Court by its Order dated 24th November 2017. There is no change in circumstance, except passage of time, which requires this Court to change the earlier view.

It is submitted that, the Applicant is in jail since 10th November 2016. That, the Trial Court has already framed charge in the matter. In view of the mandate of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the trial needs to be conducted expeditiously.

ssm 2 901-ba1873.18 In view thereof, the Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi, seized of Special Case No. 5 of 2017, is hereby directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
