1] This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition No.3807 of 2013, which after "admission" came to be dismissed on account that the copies of the Writ Petition were not supplied within time for issuing notice to Respondent Nos.1 to 23.

2] For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the Writ Petition is restored to its original file subject to the condition that learned counsel for the Petitioner to supply the copies of the Writ Petition within one week to the Registry for issuance of the notice to the Respondents.

However, if the said protection was not there since the dismissal of the Writ Petition from 5th May, 2017, then there is no question of extending the same.
