P.C.:- By this application the Applicant has sought to stay the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 10/1/2017 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Baramati in MACP No.69 of 2014.

By the impugned judgment and award the Tribunal has directed the Appellant-Insurance Company to pay to the original Claimants compensation of Rs.18,57,750/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the application till realization of the amount.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount alongwith interest. Said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.

The application stands disposed of.
