This is a second Anticipatory Bail Application. It is submitted that the anticipatory bail of the present accused is rejected by this Court on 7th August, 2015, however, thereafter the learned Sessions Judge has allowed anticipatory bail application of other accused in the same C.R. on 19th August, 2015. He prays that the anticipatory bail be granted to the applicant on parity.

This ground of parity cannot be considered by this Court once the anticipatory bail application is rejected by the Court on 7th August, 2015. Hence, the Anticipatory Bail Application is rejected. (MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
