Rule. Learned AGP waives service for the respondents. By consent of parties, petition is heard finally. 2.

Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the order dated 18th December, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (St.) 13637 of 2019 filed by the petitioner directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representations dated 29th October, 2018 and 29th January, 2019 expeditiously. He submits that the said order dated 18th December, 2019 has not been complied with by the respondents till date and the said applications are also pending.

The respondents are directed to decide the representation dated

bdp 11-wp-9742.21.doc 29th October, 2018 and 29th January, 2019 and also the subsequent representations annexed to the petition within a period of four weeks from today, without fail. The order that would be passed by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. If any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. It is made clear that if the order dated 18th December, 2019 and the order passed by this Court today are not complied with, this Court will issue a Contempt Notice against the concerned officers for wilful and deliberate violation of order dated 18th December, 2019 and the order passed by this Court today. 3.

The respondents shall decide the said representations after granting personal hearing to the petitioner and also by giving an opportunity to petitioner to produce the documents and the relevant provisions of law. The petitioner shall be issued four days prior notice before the date of hearing.

Writ Petition is allowed in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 7.
