1] Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4, on instructions, makes a statement that in pursuance of the communication which is at page 13 of the compilation, the Medical Officer, "K" East Ward, Municipal Corporation Fourth Floor, Gundvali, Andheri, Mumbai shall approach to file a report or complaint with the Andheri Police Station, Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. The Police Inspector (Co-ordination), Andheri Police Station, thereafter, shall take necessary action in accordance with law. 1/2
