The applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount and was directed to report concerned police station on first Monday of every month between 10 am to 11 am till conclusion of trial. The said order was passed in Bail Application No.1484 of 2017 on 29th August 2017.

Thereafter the applicant preferred Criminal Application No.1084 of 2017 which was decided on 6th December 2017. The applicant was permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.30,000/- for a period of eight weeks with a direction to produce sureties in Manish S Thatte Manish S Thatte Date: 2018.09.12 14:57:30 +0530

The applicant preferred another application being Criminal Application No.141 of 2018 which was decided on 20th February 2018 and the applicant was permitted to furnish one or more sureties to make up the amount of bail. The advocate for applicant submits that he is not in a position to arrange two sureties. In accordance with earlier order he has deposited cash security in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and he has arranged one surety in accordance with order dated 29th August 2017. It is therefore prayed that the applicant be permitted to furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety with additional cash security in the sum of Rs.30,000/-. It is submitted that the applicant is attending the police station. Hence, the said condition be modified to the extend that applicant be permitted to attend the police station once in two months. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 29th August 2017 is modified. The applicant is permitted to furnish one surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- in accordance with order dated 29th August 2017 with additional security of Rs.30,000/- which is already furnished by the applicant. Criminal Application No.934 of 2018 is disposed off. Criminal Application No.1006 of 2018 is also disposed off.
