Mr. Sachin Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Criminal Bail Application for some time, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months, in case, there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Criminal Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months if, there is no substantial progress in the trial. 3.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
