Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the respondents have paid scholarship/Freeship for the academic year 2013-14, the petitioner has not been paid any amount for the academic 2007-2011. He submits that the various representations which are annexed at Exh.B at pages 14 to 20 for scholarship/Freeship are still pending before the Department of Social Welfare Office, Mantralaya Nikita Gadgil

The Department of Social Welfare Officer, Mantralay is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner within six weeks from today without fail and communicate the order passed to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the order passed by the respondent is adverse against the petitioner, petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
