Heard. The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing CR. No. 382 of 2014 registered with ..... Police Station, Solapur at the instance of Respondent No. 2 for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

With the assistance of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner we have gone through the FIR. There are specific allegations of demand of dowry, harassment with intent to coerce her to meet unlawful demands against all the Petitioners. In our view, the FIR discloses the commission of offence. The veracity of the allegations cannot be gone into at this stage of quashing. 3.

In the light of above, petition has no merit and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
