This civil application seeks restoration of Writ Petition Nos.5235/2018 and 680/2016 which came to be dismissed by virtue of a self operative order dated 4th January, 2018. It is stated that inadvertently the affidavit of service had not been filed but the respondent was appearing. 2.

Today, it is submitted that both petitions are against common order and they are willing to proceed on merits. The petitions were admitted on 2nd November, 2017.

Having learned counsel for the parties and having perused civil application, I find that there are sufficient grounds to restore the petitions. 1/2

Civil Application is disposed.
