After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the impugned order dated 15 June 2019 may be quashed and set aside and the Petitioner herein (original defendant) may be heard on his objections to exhibiting the documents. It is ordered accordingly.

This Court is informed that the civil suit is before the trial Court on 3 September 2019. The Court shall hear the objections of the defendant, and after considering the arguments of both sides, decide the issue.

It is made clear that this order is passed merely on the footing that the defendant was not heard when the documents were exhibited. The merits of the controversy are not in any way considered whilst passing the order.
