The petition is filed seeking direction to register the FIR on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 4 February 2015. Mr.Shaikh, learned APP is unable to make any submission in the absence of Investigating Officer.

The matter was placed for admission on 20 January 2015 at the instance of Mr.Shaikh which was adjourned today in order to enable him to take instructions. Today also, Mr.Shaikh submits that the officer concerned is not present.

In above circumstances, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order :

In-charge officer of Saki Naka Police Station is directed to make a preliminary enquiry into the Petitioner's subject complaint, take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the Petitioner within a period of seven days from today.
