The prayer is for quashing the charge sheet filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that even charge has been framed against the Applicants. It is well settled that power of this Court under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has to be used sparingly. At this stage, when charge is framed, we decline to entertain the application. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. However, remedies of the Applicants are kept open.
