Challenge in this petition is to the order refusing to produce power of attorney of plaintiff on record. On perusal of impugned order and considering the nature of the suit, it is necessary in the interest of justice that the plaintiff be permitted to produce on record the power of attorney.

The Trial Court is directed to permit the petitioner/plaintiff to produce power of attorney of original plaintiff on record. 3.
