The appellant herein has challenged the order dated 27/07/2018 1/3
whereby the learned Judge of City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai has refused to grant ad-interim relief. By order dated 30/07/2018, this Court (Coram : K.K. Sonawane, J.) had granted ad-interim relief by directing the respondent no.4 not to declare the results of the election which was going to be held through e-voting.

Considering the fact that the said interim relief is operating since 30/07/2018 and considering the reasons stated in the said order, the following order is passed :- (i) Appeal is dismissed.
(ii) The order dated 30/07/2018 is extended till the disposal of notice of motion.
(iii) Parties are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 26/02/2019.
(iv) The pleadings to be completed within a period of one week thereafter.
(v) The trial Court to dispose of the notice of motion as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 31/03/2019. 2/3
(vi) Civil Applications / Intervention Applications stands disposed of in view of disposal of the appeal.
(vii) Liberty is granted to the intervenor to file an application which shall be decided by the trial court in accordance with the law. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) 3/3
