These Civil Applications have been taken out for recall of the order dated 8th July, 2019 dismissing the petitions for nonprosecution. 2.

Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel appearing in support of the Civil Applications states that it was due to a mistake on his part that he was not able to be present in the Court when the matter was called out on both the occasions. He tenders an unconditional apology and states that henceforth he will be more careful when the matters are called out.
