Perused the FIR bearing No.I 81 of 2014 dated 15.3.2014 registered with Navghar Police Station, Bhayander, Thane, which discloses commission of offence under the provisions of Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. We are, therefore, not inclined to quash the FIR. Petition is devoid of any merit and, therefore, the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Shivgan 1/2
902-wp-3274-14 Needless to mention that the observations made here-inabove are prima-facie in nature and the petitioners are at liberty to file discharge application in the trial Court. In the event, such an application is filed, the trial Court shall dispose of the same independently and on its own merits.
