Advocate Mr. Shaikh Mohammed Ahmed submitted that, Appellant Nos. 3 and 4 has requested him to appear on their behalf and after getting no-objection from the earlier Advocate, he has filed the present Interim Application for segregating Appellant Nos. 3 and 4 from Criminal Appeal No. 468 of 2015 and for permission to file separate Appeal on their behalf.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Appellant No. 3 - Mr. Ali Mohd. @ Soni Qureshi and Appellant No. 4 Mr. Tanveer Qureshi are permitted to file separate Appeal through Advocate Mr. Shaikh Mohammed Ahmed. The said Appeal be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
