By this Application, the Applicant has sought restoration of Appeal which was dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order dated 08/02/2021 whereunder the Appellant was required to remove office objections within a period of two weeks.

In the light of said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the Application, the dismissal order dated 08/02/2021 stands recalled. Appeal is restored to file.
