In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] When the petitions came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners made a limited prayer that these petitions may be disposed of by allowing the petitioners to file a representation in regard to their grievances before the competent authority of the 1/2

skc 2 503-WP-10384-10385.sxw respondents and the said authority be directed to consider and take appropriate decision on the representations as may be filed by the petitioners.

3] In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, without going into the merits of the matters, we dispose of these petitions with liberty to the petitioners to submit detailed representation with supporting documents before the competent authority of the respondents within one month from today.

4] On receipt of such representation, the said authority shall consider it and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

5] With the aforesaid directions, petitions are disposed of. 6] All contentions are kept open.
