Having heard the learned Counsel for the appellant and the learned Counsel for the respondent for some time, it is informed that the affidavit in lieu of examination-in-chief alongwith compilation of documents has been filed in the trial Court and the trial court will proceed in accordance with law.

As such, there is no point, in keeping this appeal from order pending, which needs to be disposed of by issuing following directions: i) The parties shall appear before the trial court on 19.7.2022.

ii) Respondent/Corporation shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the suit without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

27-AO-805-2019.odt iii) The trial Court shall, as far as possible, decide and dispose of the suit within 8 weeks, in accordance with law.

Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, shall continue to operate till disposal of the suit.

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
