Learned APP on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court submits that further statement of the complainant was recorded in which she has stated that she has no complaint against the applicant and in view of that 'B' Summary report has been tendered before the Trial Court. However, the report is yet to be accepted.

In the circumstances this application can be disposed off with protection under section 438 of Cr.P.C.

In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.I94 of 2018 registered with Takawade Police Station, Thane (Rural), the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
