DATED : 10th MARCH 2023 P.C:- It is informed that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed in the subject C.R. The appellant is admitted to protection by an order dated 14/8/2019 and this order continue to remain to operate till today.

On instructions, learned counsel for the appellant make a statement that on filing of charge-sheet, he will move an appropriate application before the Special Court for being released on regular bail, on the ground that his custody is no longer required.

Until then, interim order shall continue to operate, and on an application being filed before the Special Court, it shall pass appropriate orders.

I have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and the merits are left open, to be canvassed before the Special Court in an application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
