This civil application is for condonation of a delay of 145 days in filing the present First Appeal. The application is opposed by the Respondent.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed by condoning the delay. Office shall now number the First Appeal and place the same for admission on 12 June 2017. Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 3 informs the Court that Respondent No.2 has been expired and that he shall submit the particulars of legal heirs to the Government Pleader's Office to enable the latter to take steps for bringing legal heirs on record.
