Since the petitioners have applied for permission to establish Primary English School during the pendency of this writ petition, we are of the opinion that depending upon the decision of such application, the petitioners should come and seek relief once for all. Therefore, keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court once their application is disposed of by the respondent authority.
