Not on Board. At the request of Mr.Bhate, taken up in production board. Heard Mr. Vinay Bhate, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Bhate submits that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of her Pan Card which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. He states that respondent is also present in the Court and appears in-person. Respondent has tendered photocopy of Aadhaar Card which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification. 2.

Mr. Bhate submitted that the parties had filed petition for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Pending that petition, respondent herein withdrew the consent. By order dated 28.3.2016, the learned trial Judge dismissed the petition for want of consent of the respondent. He has tendered Consent Terms duly signed by the

2 / 2 WP/11230/2016 parties and by Advocate for the petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked "C" for identification. Parties admit and confirm the correctness of the Consent Terms. Mr. Bhate submits that petition may be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 3.5.2017.

After perusing the Consent Terms, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the Consent Terms. In view thereof, by consent of the parties, Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Order accordingly.
