The learned counsel for the parties jointly invited our attention to order dated 27.11.2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (ST) No.96262/2020 filed by Smt. Tarabai Genu Zade against the State of Maharashtra and others and would submit that this petition also requires to be transferred to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay Bench at Aurangabad for hearing and final disposal on merits. The statement is accepted. We, accordingly, pass the following order:

The Registry is directed to take immediate steps for transferring this matter to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay Bench at Aurangabad for Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

b.

The Respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019 and also order passed by the appointing authority putting the Petitioner's services on supernumerary / temporary basis for 11 months for non submission of a caste validity certificate, till 30.01.2022.
