Kachare, Registrar (Judicial - I) Date : 25th AUGUST 2022 Mr. Jaydeep Shringare, Advocate for the Applicants has filed the present Interim Application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No. 1 namely Mr. Heera Jetha Gharat on record. He has also filed death certificate of the deceased Petitioner No.1 alongwith vakalatnama signed by the proposed legal heirs/proposed petitioner Nos. 1(a) to 1(e).

Perused the proceedings. In the said application, Advocate for the Applicants has also prayed for condonation of delay in filing of the present interim application and in support thereof, he has stated that in view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 10/01/2022, during pandemic period, delay if any in filing be condoned.

In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a', 'b' and 'c'. Ofoce to proceed accordingly.
