The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 on instructions from the Legal Department of Respondent No.1 states that the order dated 1 st August, 2018 shall be complied with by MIDC within a period of three weeks from today. The statement is accepted as an undertaken given to this Court. 2.

The issue pertaining to the claims of the MIDC against the Petitioner are kept open. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition impugning the recent claims of MIDC against them for payment of Rs.1,16,36,236/- as on 26 th June, 2019.
