After this petition was argued for sometime and the petitioner's advocate was called upon to peruse certain guidelines which enable societies to apply or parties like the petitioners to apply for the No Objection Certificate of the Co-operative Housing Society, reserve the right to apply for such NOC and thereafter to seek permission for the slaughter, the counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
