IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 3278 OF 2014 Smt. Sandhya Prakash Silam.

..Petitioner.

Versus

Senior Inspector of Police, Kondhawa Police Station, Pune and Others.

..Respondents.

Mr. A. M. Shete for the Petitioner.

Mrs. S. V. Sonawane, learned APP for the State. Coram : RANJIT MORE & SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, JJ.

Date : June 15, 2015.

P. C. :

1.

Heard. The relief sought in the petition is the direction to the Respondent - police authorities to thoroughly investigate into CR No. 3076/2012 and to hold further investigation as against rest of the accused who are involved in the said CR.

2.

On the basis of Petitioner's complaint, police registered aforesaid FIR on 6th September 2012 against one Mr. Dipak D. Tawade for the offence punishable under section 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and section 67 of Information Technology Act. The accused Dipak Tawade committed suicide patilsr 1 / 2

on 3rd October 2012. Thereafter on 17th December 2012, police filed "A"-Summary report before the concerned Magistrate. 3.

The grievance of the Petitioner seems to be that during the course of investigation, police has come across the involvement of some other persons and therefore police ought to have charge-sheeted them. Report placed on record by the learned APP, however, shows that there is no material against any other person. The crime is not registered against any other person. In these circumstances, we do not see any reason to entertain this writ petition and same is, therefore, dismissed. [SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.] patilsr 2 / 2
